Consultative Services
The philosophy at The Gallini Group is to always strive to maintain a positive and healthy relationship with the school district. This may be difficult at times yet something you must always strive to cultivate, foster and maintain. Your greatest ally will be your child's teacher(s) and working as a "team" is critical in the journey of recovery.
We believe that by starting at the beginning many of the complaints between parents and school districts can be avoided. This is why we have created our consultative service at a greatly reduced rate in order to properly educate you on your rights and those of your child. We work behind the scenes providing the real-time knowledge needed as you advocate for your child. Our office will provide strategies and recommendations as you work within the designed framework of the IDEA and 504. You will receive templates when needed and verification when given responses from the school district. We will be your support as you move forward and give you the confidence needed to properly and positively advocate for your child.
Our consultative rate is $50.00 an hour (majority of this work will be perfomed via email) and billed in increments of 6 minutes. An example would be if you had a question regarding your child's program and needed a real-time explanation of LRE (Least Restrictive Enviornment) and one of our attorneys responded in email that required 16 minutes of work then you would be charged $15.00.
If you would like us to review your child's IEP and look for any defects or to make possible suggestions in order to enhance it then we would simply have you scan it via email and either discuss it over the phone or email. The school district employees are trained extensively in order to be compliant...shouldn't you?

Legal Services
If you require immediate assistance due to disciplinary issues or a breakdown with the school system has occurred then we are here to help. The IDEA and secion 504 does provide safety nets in order to sort disputes out. These services will be billed at our normal legal rates. In many instances, your attorney fees can be reimbursed.
